While I was passing the rebel lines, it began pouring rain so I found an abandoned cabin for the night. Inside, I saw a man who was very sick. Rebel or not, I was determined to help. I stayed with the whole night but in the morning, he was dead. When I got to the rebels, I had told them what had happened and they told me that they wanted to go get the dead man and give him a proper burial. So I led the way still dressed as a peddler woman on a horse they let me ride.
They left me to keep watch for the enemies and as soon as they were out of sight, I left. I got to keep the horse and the information they had kindly provided. I did all my things normal for a while. I was a scout with my new horse and I got shot.
About a month later, my regiment got sent to another area where I got to be Cuff spy again. I needed another disguise so I became a black maid. I snuck behind enemy lines and ended up washing the General's clothes. I found some information in the coat pocket and gave my unit the information.
My last big assignment was an odd one because I had to be a detective. I became Charles Mulberry, a white man in a tux. When I was being him, I told a suspicious man that I wanted to join the rebel army. He told the spy that I was okay and told me we would go on a ride and I caught the spy.
I got swamp fever and ran away from the army. Then when I got better, I worked as a typical nurse.
